megmarcinko: I know these photos are cheesy, I know that they’ve been done before, but I honestly don’t care. There is a serious problem when people misunderstand the power of words. We can’t be so thoughtless with the words we choose to say. We’ve all been hurt by them, so we should all realize their potential to hurt others. For whatever reason we’re all so quick to accept an insult as truth but slow to realize the validity of a compliment. Forget the words that caused you pain. I promise that you are beautiful the way you are. I don’t care what people have said to you before. You’re not ugly, you’re not stupid. You are loved. I know that this isn’t a very stellar photo, but I guess I just wanted to speak this time. I originally posted this in Instagram but I wanted to continue my little rant I guess, even though I know probably next to no one will read it. Thanks.
